We do a full range of fun conbinations Jab, Cross, Hook, Uppercut, Backfist, Chop, Spinning Backfist, Fake Knee, Elbow, ETC. Come along and join in the fun.
Classes are 9:30- 10:30 AM Studio 1 Wednesday. 6:15- 7:30 PM Studio 2 Friday. Come along and try the best class. I look forward to seeing you all their!
